Skill and Strength Development

Competition Prep

Competition Prep and On-site Competition Support

1. Build mobility and strength required for advanced movement patterns.
2. Gymnastic and Olympic lifting progressions.
3. Bolster your aerobic capacity for more intensity and increased performance.

Ex.: I want to perform pull-ups consistently during a workout- We will work the building blocks to meet that goal: core strength, shoulder mobility, upper body pulling stamina, breath control, and lat/bicep/shoulder strength.


 

1. Specific preparation for your specific competition.
2. Build all necessary skills to make you as successful as possible in the event, based on event history and predictive programming.
3. One in-person session per week to work the identified specific goals.
4. A strength cycle and an aerobic capacity preparation for homework (in addition to your daily programming).

1. All comp prep from above with coaching at/during the event
2. General and specific warm-ups with cool downs from each workout.
3. Strategy and gameplan for each workout.
4. Recovery and nutrition support.
5. Handling of appeals and logistics at the event site.
